950 m.o.h, at the foot of Formokampen, near Rondane National Park, you will find traditional Putten Seter. On the farmyard we have cozy cabins, and apartments in a nice location and beautiful views of Jotunheimen. Putten Seter is located midway between Oslo, Trondheim and Ålesund. Here we offer accommodation, Norwegian traditional food and relaxation in beautiful natural surroundings. Putten Seter has good hiking opportunities - both for the hobby exerciser and the mountain hiker. Both the hiking trails and the ski slopes start right outside the cabin door, and therefore make us a favorite place, summer and winter. Putten Seter is a popular place for couples, families with children, school classes and companies. With us, there are also opportunities to arrange weddings, baptisms, birthdays, and other parties where nature and the outdoors can be a framework for the event. In addition to renting cabins, Putten Seter also offers accommodation in Høvringen Vandrerhjem. This is a hostel run by the hosts at Putten Seter, and offers affordable accommodation in pleasant large cabins with fully equipped kitchens.
