The perfect place for a good night sleep, cottages and small cabin are located in a quiet residential area within walking distance from Akureyri centre. The cottages can accommodate six persons; one twin room (two single beds), twin room (bunk bed) and on the second floor are two single beds. Private kitchen, living room and bathroom is in the cottage and access to a hot tub. The outdoor terrance is furnished and has a BBQ.Small cabin can accommodate two persons; bunk bed, table & chairs, toilet and a sink. Guests staying in the small cabin have access to the hostel for shower, kitchen and other common areas.Akureyri Hostel is located next to the cottages. Getting to the hostel: Frequent connecting flights daily between Akureyri and Reykjavík Egilsstaðir Ísafjörður Vestmanneyjar and Grímsey. Regular buses go to and from Akureyri to all directions around. Free private car parking at the hostel.
