Welcome to our hostel
Covid-19 UPDATE: As we reopen, always with the safety of hostellers, staff and the community in which we operate at heart, we have updated how we operate and introduced some new processes and procedures. These include the introduction of hand sanitising points on the ground floor, a protective screen at our reception desk, enhanced cleaning of high touch and high traffic areas, and signage to remind guests of the social distancing measures in place in Northern Ireland. We will also have a basic one way system operating, as far as possible, so your journey through our hostel is smooth.
In addition some of the facilities you might expect will not be available or closed for the time being: these include our TV room and library: luggage storage before check in and after check out: our lift (apart from for guests with restricted mobility): our self-catering kitchen (although we have set up a mini station with the basics for you).
As part of the hostel registration procedure you will be asked to provide more contact information than usual, which can be made available to Public Health Agency on request: you will also be required to sign up to all of the Covid-19 preventative measures in place at the time of your visit. Please note that in line with current UK government guidance if a guest is confirmed to have COVID-19 during a stay they will be required to leave our accommodation and return home if they reasonably can.
The situation is changing very quickly at the moment so we will email you as your arrival approaches with updates on both the hostel and general guidelines in place in Northern Ireland.
