HI Martha’s Vineyard Hostel is the first purpose-built hostel in the USA. It has a large, fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area, and two common rooms. Private and co-ed dormitory rooms are available in addition to male or female dorms. WIFI access and parking are free. All bed linens and a bath towel are included in the overnight rate. Accessible along the bike trail, the hostel is a great place for groups. There is a spacious yard for outdoor dining or a great game of sand volleyball.
The Vineyard Hostel is centrally located between the Aquinnah Clay Cliffs, Menemsha Fishing Village and the ‘Ginger Bread’ Cottages of Oak Bluffs. There is a bus stop across the street for easy access to all points on the island. Martha’s Vineyard is an island with a rich history, offering summer recreation opportunities ranging from beautiful public beaches, bicycle paths and art galleries to chartered fishing trips, kayak adventures and farm visits.
