Welcome to our hostel

Pod Voglom hostel, located in Bohinjsko Jezero, is one of the HI network of hostels in Slovenia. At the hostel guests will find a sport center, which offers diffferent adventure activities. You can join us in: rafting, canyoning, paragliding, high rope course, kajak and mountainbiking. Hostel staff look forward to welcoming you and helping to organise these activities.

Auberge de jeunesse un peu vieillotte mais qui garde son charme. Le personnel de l'auberge est super accueillant et top! Dommage que les fenêtres des salles de bain soient toujours ouvertes. On prend froid a la sortie de la douche.

Basic, but charming rural hostel 2 kilometers from the nearest town. Good breakfast included. No lockers.

Thank you for your review. In low season when we do not have groups we offer kitchen in second floor, however in the transitioning time it difficult to arrange something else. Kind regards, Nada

Das Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad und einen Balkon. Das Gebäude ist alt und in keinem guten Zustand (Schimmel, muffiger Geruch, verschmutzte Teppichböden). Die Lage am See ist toll und die Umgebung bietet jede Menge Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen in der Natur (Wassersport, Wandern, Radfahren, Wasserfälle, Schluchten,...). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Alternate Transport: YH Pod Voglom is located by the lake Bohinj in Triglav National park. A big parking place for private cars and buses in front of the Hostel Pod Voglom.

Rail: There is train to Bohinjska Bistrica and than you take the bus to the hostel.
