Helsinki – Eurohostel

Eurohostel Helsinki is one of the largest year-round open hostels in Scandinavia. The hostel is located in central Helsinki in a unique part called Katajanokka, close to the Market Square and easily accessible by tram. All rooms have separate single beds with a table, chair and at least one lockable wardrobe. Floors 4 to 6 have well-equipped self-service kitchens, separate toilet and shower facilities for men and women and cable-TV. Additional facilities include a fully licensed restaurant, self service laundry and two lounges. Eurohostel offers free morning sauna and free WiFi, no curfew or lockout and is easy to reach by tram. Breakfast is available for a fee.Helsinki Tourist Tickets, Helsinki Cards (get free travel around the city, free entry to major museums and sights and many other discounts) and tickets to many other attractions are available at the 24 hour reception. Getting to the hostel: 19km from the Helsinki-Vantaa International Airport. From airport Ring Rail Line (trains P and I) to the Railway Station. Yellowline Taxi shuttle service also available. 2km from Helsinki bus station in Kamppi. City of Helsinki parking fees for on-street parking. No onsite parking. 1.5 km from the closest train station at the Helsinki Central Railway Station. Trains to Russia daily.
