In summer, cyclists race each other, in winter, cross-country skiers give their skis a run for their money – all at Ottobeuren Youth Hostel’s doorstep. Here, you basically fall straight from the doorstep into the track! Be it the Kneipp Cycling Route, nordic walking trails or cross-country ski tracks: everything is close by here. Which also applies to the basilica and Kaisersaal. A big advantage for holidaymakers: enjoy very special cultural events, such as a concert against the idyllic backdrop of the Allgäu, after a day of sports.
