Tel – Hai

The Tel-Hai guest house is situated on a hill with a view of the Golan Heights, Mount Hermon and the Upper Galilee. Tel-Hai hostel is ideally situated for exploring the far North of Israel: The Jordan river and its many tributaries serve as great hiking trails, including the Tanur stream and its beautiful waterfall, the Jilabun stream which flows from the Golan Heights, and the Odem forest, which is the largest forest in the Golan region, Also Kibbutzim in the area offers kayaking and rafting experiences along the Jordan. The hostel has two spacious dining rooms; one with 250 seats and one with 150 seats. A healthy breakfast is included in price. Additional meals (including packaged meals) can be ordered in advance. Food is Kosher. Free internet access is available. Getting to the hostel: 200km from Ben Gurion. Bus line 20 from Kiryat Shmona. Buses from Tel Aviv: 840 841 842 845. Parking available at hostel. Approx. 2 kilometers north of Kiryat Shmona. Turn off the 90 road at the hostel.
