At an altitude of 659m, the hostel makes a good base for winter skiing, with snowfall starting in November, as well as summer hiking. Other activities include horse riding and mountain biking. Facilities range from a sauna, to cafe, restuarant, kitchen and laundry, and accommodation is in 1-6 bedded rooms.
