With a typical 1960s architecture and later refurbished, works as accommodation for students in school periods and as hostelling during the school holidays. It is located in the west, in the centre of Ensanche and is crossed by a wide avenue. Opposite, there is a bus stop that connect with the train station, the beaches and the town´s attractions.
