Situated at the bottom of the Castle Montebello, part of the Unesco world heritage, it is only 15 minutes away from the railway-station in the historical centre of Bellinzona. It is an ideal departure point for excursions and also a stop on the main North-South axis of the Alps. The Bellinzona Youth Hostel offers multifunctional rooms for parties, conferences and seminaries with the possibility of renting some technical equipment. Please take note that the law of the Ticino canton forbids to accommodate young people under 16 years old – they can only stay if there is an adult person with them.
