The Lhasa International Youth Hostel is located in the center of downtown Lhasa. It’s in the middle of the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple and Ramoche Temple. It’s within 10 minutes walk to the three main spots. Lhasa’s largest supermarket is just opposite the street. The hostel is a typical Tibetan courtyard in downtown area. Located behind the front buildings, the hostel enjoys its convenience but stays quiet and comfortable. The Lhasa International Youth Hostel covers over 3000 square meters boastered more than 140 different sized rooms with about 400 beds. The choices are: Potala Palace view rooms,standard rooms, luxury standard rooms, 3-beds standard rooms, one-large-bed rooms and multiple-beds rooms. We also have the unique Japanese styled rooms in Lhasa.TV, heat system are installed in each room as well as a bathroom with 24 hours hot water. The Lhasa International Youth Hostel is the only hostel has the bathroom and 24 hours hot water in every room (including the multiple rooms). Getting to the hostel: 60km to Lhasa Gonggar Airport From the Airport take shuttle bus. The stop for te shuttle bus is a 5min walk from the station Lhasa International Youth Hostel is located at the center of Lhasa Tibet. It is just a few steps away from the Potala Palace Jokhang and Ramoche Monastery. Nearby our hostel are some of the major department stores and supermarkets. Take bus(No.1) to Lhasa Wen Zhoushoppingmall then take a tricycle(4yuan) or walk to our hostel.
