The Youth Hostel is located on the edge of the large castle park, only about 300 metres from the city centre.
The familiar atmosphere of the Hostel is particularly appreciated by groups of school children (1st to 7th grade) and familie who are seeking an active stay in a varied natural setting (cycling, canoeing, hiking) and a child-friendly range of leisure activities. Groups and school classes can put together a complete programme package, including transport to the Hostel by coach, according to their invidual needs. The dining room has enough space to seat 130 guests and can also be used as a conference room. Modern conference equipment is available. Our kitchen will provide you with a varied diet and is happy to accommodate individual requirements. There is lots of space for playing outdoor games and for educational activities in the castle park.
